Belt Type Skimmers

We manufacture oil skimmers which are compact and also occupies less space. These oil skimmers also have auto belt tensioning. They have excellent tensioning efficiency and are suitable for viscous oil. They run on one drive and are also economic and cost effective. They are used for taking out of Un-emulsified oil from coolant. Working An endless belt is dipped in coolant tank such that the oil on the top collected. Floating Suction Skimmers

We manufacture floating suction skimmers which are designed for each specific tank. They are maintenance free and can be fitted on tanks with minimum modifications. They can be fitted in conventional fixed roof storage tanks, external floating roof tanks and internal floating roof tanks. They are durable as well as robust in design and also cost effective. Drum Type Skimmers

We manufacture drum type skimmers that are motor driven (by air or hydraulics) and turn slowly attracting the oil to its surface and rotating around to the wiper blade which scrapes the floating oil off and it runs into the sump area, where it is picked up by pump suction and transferred to storage. These drum skimmers are the most efficient and the most selective floating skimmers available anywhere, due to the large surface area that is exposed to the floating oil. Tube Type Skimmers

We design tube type oil skimmers where the tube floats on the surface of water and is driven in a continuous loop by the skimmer. Oils, fats, and grease cling to the outside surface of the tube and are drawn into the skimmer. The material drawn into the skimmer is scraped off by abrasive resistant and flows into a sludge pan with drain coupling. Oil Skimmers

We manufacture oil skimmers which works as an oil water separator and removes waste oil. These oil skimmers can be positioned at site for easy and efficient waste oil recovery.
