Industrial Drum Filters
| 
We design drum filters in which the seals do not get damaged by chips. Their seal is lesser in diameter then conventional filter drum. The seal is flushed with clean liquid which makes it more reliable to arrest fine particles. These filters can be used on an individual machine or as a centralized plant.
Working
Fluid with chips drops in cavity outside a mesh drum. It moves in the drum trough fine mesh, by gravity, leaving the chips on the mesh. A scraper conveyor, wrapping the mesh drum & scraping the outside cavity, carries the chips to a bin. On the way the fluid drips back to the tank. The conveyor movement also rotates the mesh drum.
Clean fluid inside the drum is siphoned out to a clean fluid tank. From this it is pumped to the machine. Part of the pressurized fluid from pump is used to backwash the mesh drum.

Back Washable Filters
Our backwash filters have a filter drain mode, backwash mode as well as a vent mode. Used for honing, lapping and grinding these filters cleans the outer surface of candles. After the back washing mode the dirty fluid inlet and clean fluid outlet valves are opened again. This vents the trapped air out and filling the vessel. The Vent is closed after a set time.
